Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Wraith Hoodies website and to any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Wraith Hoodies is an online store operated from the Philippines. You can reach us at info@wraithhoodies.store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

Our hoodies are made to order. We try to show colors, prints and details as accurately as possible, but the finished item can differ slightly from the photos because screens vary and each piece is produced individually.

4. Sizing

Measurements for every size are listed on the product page in centimeters and inches. You are responsible for choosing your size. Orders are not refunded or replaced because of fit.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you order. Your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.

6. Orders

Your order confirmation email means we received your order. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as a pricing error, suspected fraud or a problem with production. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering. After that the order is in production and cannot be cancelled.

8. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.

9. Refunds

We do not accept returns. Wrong or damaged orders are refunded, and replaced for free if you want. See our Refund Policy for the full rules.

10. Safety

Our hoodies are casual clothing. They are not protective riding gear, are not armored or abrasion rated, and do not replace a helmet, jacket or other safety equipment. Do not let the hood or balaclava block your vision or interfere with your helmet while riding.

11. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, photos and layout, belongs to Wraith Hoodies or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Acceptable use

Do not use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with how it works, or place orders with false information.

13. Disclaimer

The site and products are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms and our policies.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Nothing in them limits consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country that cannot be waived.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
