Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order.

Made to order

Each Wraith Hoodies piece is produced after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why every size from XS to XXL is always available.

Processing time

Orders are processed and sent to production within 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email when your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after your order ships, depending on your country and local carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, weather and carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you once the order is on its way. Tracking can take a few days to start updating.

Shipping address

Please double check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you enter. If you spot a mistake, email info@wraithhoodies.store within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, your order is marked delivered but did not arrive, or it arrives damaged, email info@wraithhoodies.store with your order number. See our Refund Policy for how we handle it.
